1. DAY ZAGREB – SRCE PRIRODE
Arrival at the airport Pleso/Zagreb, take over the reserved car from the rent a car agency. (Agency is situated at the airport). We recommend driving to the exit and following the direction of Lucko A1 motorway (direction Rijeka, exit D6 Novigrad), or driving on the old road through Karlovac, over Jastrebarsko and Ozalj. Farm “Srce Prirode” is located in Ribnik, 29 km away from Karlovac city. Upon arrival, accommodation in rooms, which are located the authentic houses of the area, furnished in a traditional style. On the estate you can find national restaurant where the regional specialties are served. You can also find the tavern with selected regional wines, homemade cheese and prosciutto. Rest, walk around the village, dinner. Overnight.

2. DAY – SRCE PRIRODE – FOREST ROUTE AND CULTURE ROUTE
Breakfast. Estate “Srce Prirode” is located in the idyllic surroundings of the river Kupa, hills covered with forests, abounded with chestnuts, mushrooms and game. We suggest: a cycling tour (with a map, equipment rental and a guide on your request) or hiking tour of the area, following marked walking paths. There is also a possibility of the caving adventure (entering the cave Đot with professional guide and all equipment), which may be preceded by a walk along the canyons of the Kupa and Dobra, and the tour of the ancient mills. The village restaurant can prepare packed lunch or you can dine at one of the restaurants along the way. Upon returning, you can refresh yourself at the pool within the village. Nearby you can check numerous old cities of Ribnik, Ozalj, Novigrad, so we recommend an afternoon “cultural” tour with the possibility of tasting honey, wine at nearby households, dinner, overnight.

3. DAY – SRCE PRIRODE – KARLOVAC –MREŽNICA RIVER
Breakfast .Given that you are in a region which is the meeting point of four rivers (Kupa, Korana, Retina and good), we recommend to you to experience the beauty, and the power of their falls. We suggest driving through Karlovac city with short afternoon visit/Old town Dubovac, Square of Ban Josip Jelačić, Vrbanić Park. Take a rest on a lovely terrace of Hotel „Korana“with a piece of cake and cup of coffee, above the River Korana. Proceed to the nearby town of Duga Resa (15- minutes away from Karlovac), graced with beautiful river Mrežnica. It is a unique gem of central Croatia. The river is known as Croatian Greenest River. If you want a touch of adrenaline, we recommend rafting adventure beginning at Generalski Stol all the way to Zvecaj (canoeing or rafting rides with professional instructors). For those who rather prefer swimming and walking, we recommend camp “Slapic” in the picturesque village Mreznicki Brig, where is possible to rent a boat and sail on calmer waters. You can dine in the excellent camp restaurant or at a nearby restaurant Brig. We warmly recommend freshwater trout. Returning to the the farm “Srce Prirode”. Dinner and overnight

4. DAY – ZAGREB – STARA KAPELA
After breakfast you are departing from the farm “Srce Prirode” and going back towards Zagreb. Take the highway A1 (Zagreb-Karlovac). We also recommend a short tour of Zagreb, the Croatian capital (Ban Jelacic Square, the Cathedral, the Old town). Continue driving, from Zagreb, on a highway A3 (approximately 2 h, in the direction of Slavonski Brod, exit Lužani) towards Eco ethno village Stara Kapela. Situated on the slopes of Pozeska Mountains, the village was turned into an interesting destination “village-hotel” respecting traditional Slavonia architecture and customs. You will be accommodated in rooms within the originally restored houses. In the evening we recommend a carriage ride and tour of the surrounding area. It is possible to dine in ethnic restaurant in the village center.

5. DAY – STARA KAPELA
Breakfast .Society Eco ethno village Stara Kapela, prepared a hiking trail that goes around the hills for 13 km in length. The trail has 6 lookouts/resting places, built as a replica of the ancient watchtowers. The trail runs along a pleasant landscape with a variety of plant and animal species. It is important not only for sport and recreation, but also instructive and enables photo enthusiasts to have remarkable photo safaris. During the afternoon, we suggest that you get involved in the activities of “past time” and learn a long forgotten skill in weaving loom. In the village you can go to ride horses, visit the beehive with honey tasting, tour the rich ethno collection, carpentry and shoe repair shop with the original tools. Dinner, Overnight

6. DAY – BARANJA /ETNO VILLAGE KARANAC
After breakfast continue driving along the highway towards Osijek and ethnic village KARANAC. The village is situated in the heart of the most fertile Croatian region – Baranja, on the southern slopes of Banovo hill, near the borders of Croatia, Hungary and Serbia. It is also possible to stop at the unique eco farm “Orlov put” (Bilje). It is a place where fresh fruits, vegetables and derived products are produced for 27 years without any additives. There will be a tasting of the organic products, visit the unique eco house and estate. Arriving at the Ethno Village Karanac and checking in at the accommodation. Walk the “street of forgotten times,” where ancient crafts are presented preserved by the inhabitants. We recommend dinner in one of the picturesque village taverns (Baranjska kuća – house) where you can taste traditional recipes (stew, fish stew, freshwater fish, snails etc.). Overnight

7. DAY – KARANAC-KOPAČKI RIT –ZMAJEVAC
Breakfast .Drive towards nature park KOPAČKI RIT. The terrain of Kopački rit is a result of continuous work of rivers Drava and Danube. The rivers shaped the surrounding area (unique morphological shapes) and the whole wetland looks like delta. Because of the outstanding natural values, Kopački Rit is listed as one of Ramsar areas, and protected by the Convention of Wetlands as bird habitat. Besides the panoramic sightseeing with the tourist boat, you can rent a smaller boat in the nature park with guide and tour the waterways of the park areas (habitats of cormorants, eagles, wild boars), visit to the complex of Tikves, check out an exhibition of flora and fauna. Also, you can go on walking tour (approximately 2 hours) following tracks of Kopački Rit – photo safari, minimum of 10 people with a guide. Take a lunch break in a restaurant Kormoran. In the afternoon, a wine adventure, a departure towards the wine road starts visiting shop in KNEŽEVIM VINEYARDS (fruit brandies and liqueurs). Baranja region (mother of wine) – is named after the Hungarian expression “bor – vino”-“Anya – mother”, and indeed offers excellent wines, especially white varieties. The path to the well-known place Zmajevac leads towards winery Kolar, Gerštmajer and ends in the winery Josic, who is widely known for its wines labeled with images of local wetland birds. Wines are kept deeply buried into the hill, in the wine cellar called – gator! It is possible to enjoy both in excellent Baranja wines, and in Baranja Kulen and cheeses. Recommendation for a dinner is restaurant and winery Josic or “Piroš čizma” in the village Suza (in return). After dinner you are going back to the village Karanac, Overnight.

8. DAY – KARANAC – OSIJEK-ZAGREB
Last day you will go back to Zagreb. Later in the afternoon, you will board the plane at airport Pleso. Have a nice return flight!
